Role Description
As a valuable member of the Sales Support team, the Sales Support Representative will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Gather contact information for targeted accounts using platforms such as LinkedIn, phone, and email.
- Complete and verify contact profiles.
- Effectively communicate verbally and in written English with executive-level prospects, both over the phone and through emails
- Provide management with detailed reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Record all activities, opportunities, and tasks in our CRM tool.
- Coordinate and schedule web conferences and face-to-face meetings with prospects and clients for the sales team.
Candidate’s profile
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of one year of experience. Enthusiastic, apt, and driven candidates without experience are welcome, provided they demonstrate a strong desire to learn and succeed.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English
- High energy, self-motivated, and eager to work in an international environment.
