Job Description:
Clean and manage the CRM database to ensure accuracy and relevance of information.
Validate and register attendees for Americas events.
Coordinate meetings for Americas event sponsors.
Manage sponsorship deliverables for Americas events.
Reach out to targets through emails and phone calls to set up meetings for the sales team
Create invoices, particularly in urgent situations.

Qualifications:
Excellent level of English is mandatory
Accurate and meticulous person
