Dataxis is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in Berlin.

Job description:

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing the complete marketing strategy on a worldwide scale. You will be working closely with the Global Sales Director to make sure that we will meet all sales targets and with the goal to create, implement, and lead external and internal communications programs that increase awareness key milestones. Your success will be measured by pipeline development, lead generation, and sales success.

This wide-ranging role will provide you with an incredible foundation to grow and make significant impact, as you will be managing campaigns, measuring the performance, and analyzing the results to see if these initiatives ultimately contribute to growth at Dataxis.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Developing and executing a communications plan for the market that is aligned with Dataxis business strategies, and content & campaign calendar.
• Creating succinct and impactful project briefs and media materials, including press releases, pitches, talking points, data & research reports, and driving strategy around their launches, in collaboration with our Events and Analysts teams.
• Contributing to content development for our corporate communications program (e.g LinkedIN posts, press releases, speeches, presentations, Dataxis website etc.)
• Contributing to Social Media strategy and with a proactive community management; 
• Managing internal communication ensuring proper information sharing across the organization;
• Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of key performance indicators, and taking corrective actions when necessary;
• Develop new channels such as events partnerships;
• Serve as the direct point of contact for media and partnership opportunities

Candidate’s profile

• Diploma from a top Business School
• Previous experience in Marketing, Communication or Community Management
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Photoshop or InDesign
• Curious about the media industry
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, obsessed with attention to detail
• A natural storytelling ability and can take complex topics and make them easy to digest
• Strong communicator and ability to adapt in a rapidly-evolving space
• Well-informed about innovation in media and PR
