Ranking of Cable Operators going to Fiber

Most of European historical cable networks already started or at least announced an upcoming transition to optical fiber. Notable exceptions are seen in Germany and the Netherlands, where Vodafone and VodafoneZiggo are still focusing on expanding their DOCSIS 3.1 footprint.
