Account Support

What is registration for?
Registration gives you access to a free trial as well as our industry newsletter. You will also receive special promotions to get our products at discounted pricing.

Setting up a new account
Create your account and then you will receive an activation link by email to complete your registration. After the activation, you will be able to log in using the email address and password entered during the registration.

How can I change my account information?
If your information changes, you can update it by going to the My Account/account information section. If you have questions about making account changes, please contact our Client care team.

Forgot password?
In case you have forgotten your password, you can simply request to have a reset-password link sent to the email address specified in your account. Go to the login page and Forgot Password can be found under the request of the login data. If you have not received a password reset email or you are still unable to log into your account, please contact our Client care team.

How do I use Dataxis?

You can begin with a keyword search using the Search field on the top of the page or on the middle of the home page. When you find data, reports or market intelligence services of interest, click on the title to view extensive product information and related services, including a descriptive abstract and table of contents.

Tips for better search results

We have implemented the latest technology into our search engine for fast and accurate searches. Advanced semantic analysis, error detection and other innovations enable the search to infer the intended meaning behind a search, more effectively directing users to the results they were looking for.
There are several ways to find content on the Dataxis platform. You can either browse topics through the menu navigation bar or directly use the search. The search field can be found both on the home page and at the top of every page.

Both will direct you to the search results page, on which all results are display. Here you have several options to further narrow your search: you can filter results by content type, region, country, industry, market, … You only want to see data? Just click on Data. All other areas will automatically be unselected and the search results page instantly refreshed. Select and deselect the filters at your convenience to tune your search. If you are unable to find the resource you need, connect with our Client care team.

Where can I find the products that are included in my subscription?
To view your products, log in and click “Access my products” on the top right of the homepage.

If you have any questions about the products in your subscription, please contact your account manager or our Client care team.

To discover more about the service areas and products we provide, go to “Our coverage” on the main menu or use the search function across the site.

If I can’t find my product does it mean that it has been discontinued?
If any of the products you have subscribed to are discontinued, your account manager will be in touch to discuss the changes and the suitable alternative products you will now have access to. We are confident that there will be a product that meets your business needs. If you require further support, contact our Client care team.

Where can I find various resources? (i.e. research highlights, white papers,…)?
You can use the search function (accessible at the top of any page) and filter the results by content type, or to look up our resources across what we do on the main menu.

Where can I get further help on finding specific resources?
The Live Chat function (identified by a speech bubble in the bottom left corner of the screen) on the site will connect you directly with our client care team. Alternatively, go to the Contact us page and leave us a message, our team will be in touch within the day or 24h maximum.

How updates work?
The subscription gives users access to continuously updated data as it is released on a quarterly or annual basis. Users are informed by email of any update published.

How do I renew or extend my subscription?
The cancellation period is thirty (30) days prior to the end of the subscription. If you would like to discuss subscription recommendations or explore new services, please contact your Account Manager or our Client care team.

Cancellation and refund policy

DATAXIS cannot accept the cancellation of an order once it has been placed. When placing an order with DATAXIS, you agree to our Terms of use which can be seen here and at the bottom of every page on our site.

Due to the nature of the products, we sell, as information is consumed on delivery, we do not facilitate refunds for orders.

However, we can review individual cases if exceptional circumstances arise. Please contact us in these cases.
