20% of Spotify’s users include podcasts in their listening habits

After a boom in podcast consumption in 2020 provoked by the COVID crisis and its successive lockdowns, the number of Spotify’s Monthly Active Users that are listening to content format remains high in 2021.

It stood at 20% in 2021, compared to 16% in 2019.
